Our gym sessions are more than just workouts; they’re a community experience. We offer 1-2-1 sessions for those who prefer personalised attention and group coaching for those who thrive in a team setting. Our day passes and week passes provide flexibility, while our structured group sessions on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays ensure consistency. Plus, with our friendly and approachable trainers, you’ll feel right at home, no matter your fitness level. From strength-building exercises to cardio and functional fitness, our sessions are designed to challenge and inspire you, helping you to push your limits and achieve your goals.

Our 1-2-1 sessions are perfect for those who want personalised attention and a workout plan tailored to their specific goals. With our experienced trainers, you’ll receive expert guidance and support, ensuring that every session is effective and aligned with your fitness journey.

Group classes for all levels

Our group sessions are designed to cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced gym-goers. With a variety of sessions held throughout the week, you’ll enjoy a supportive and motivating environment where you can challenge yourself and connect with others. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. Our friendly trainers and supportive community make it easy for everyone to feel at home, whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned pro.

Open to: Silver tier members and above, or available as one-off sessions.
Cost: Included with Silver+ memberships or £10 per one-off drop-in.

This “all killer, no filler” class program combines the best elements of Strongman and CrossFit into three action-packed weekly sessions every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.

We’ve distilled the most effective traits from both Strongman and CrossFit, leaving out all the unnecessary fluff. Each session is designed to enhance every aspect of fitness, including mobility, strength, hypertrophy, and endurance, ensuring you become a well-rounded athlete.

Session Times:

  • Mondays and Thursdays: 6 PM & 7 PM

  • Saturdays: 8 AM & 9 AM

Classes are capped at 8 people per session and take place both at the HHOS and online via our training app.
